Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use it to run payroll and to house HR information as well as benefits. It is used by the Payroll and HR department. The employees use the self-service module as well. It was getting cumbersome for the HR department to enter all the employee personal changes, so using the self-service module, it helped free up time for other tasks.
- Customer Support: Customer support is very helpful when issues arise.
- Benefits admin: We used the benefits module for our open enrollment last year and it was sooo much easier! Not having paper enrollments and manually entering the information has saved us tons of time.
- Payroll
- Reporting: The reporting has changed recently. Some very useful reports I used to use all the time are gone.
- Total compensation statements that are canned in the reporting section do not pull accurate information. It's accurate in the employee's page, but when it goes into the report, the information is different.
- Transferring employees to another company within the same organization is not efficient. We have to terminate them and rehire them. The transfer button (which is new) only transfers a little bit of information and there is a lot of manual entry that has to take place.
- Increased efficiency

- Benefits and open enrollment are more efficient
I’m not in HR or don’t handle payroll. - I'm in HR, but not in Payroll. I'm not sure how much time it saved because we've had Paycor since I started here.
Price is comparable, customer service is better. Paycor was already here when I came, so I did not select it.
