Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor to store employee information, pay rates, and for all of our payroll purposes. It is used across the whole organization. It addresses the business problem of knowing when an employee is physically beginning or ending work.
  • Clock in and out on site.
  • Stores employee information.
  • Calculates pay automatically which speeds up payroll.
  • Sometimes logs clock-ins and outs incorrectly.
  • Would like to be able to approve timecards in "New" view.
  • Made entering new hire info much quicker.
  • Minimized compliance risk.
  • Improved employee experience.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Once I caught onto how to process payroll and enter new hires I moved much more quickly. It has been time-saving for me because I no longer have to take time to process all numbers.
I believe Paycor has many options for its overall usability, even if our company or organization is not utilizing everything it has to offer.
I believe Paycor is very user-friendly and would recommend it to anyone in need of a similar resource. The customer service is excellent if I ever have any issues I know I can call and get an answer or problem resolved quickly. It stores a lot of information and makes entering new hours easy and quick. I would recommend Paycor because it has been helpful to me and our company and I believe it could be helpful to many other people as well.
