Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use it for a variety of purposes, such as payroll purposes, PTO, Illness, education, shout-outs, and for doing our quarterly reviews on ourselves. The company likes to use it to recognize workers who do good things as well, or sometimes just for everyone to see an important document across the entire building.
Pros
- Keeping tax records
- managing PTO levels
- informing us of things
Cons
- not mobile friendly
- no way to access the calendar from mobile device
- im able to pull money early if i need it for bills
- shout outs are nice to see
- i can see when my PTO gets put in
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
