Overall Satisfaction with PaySimple

Processor shut my CPA business down and is holding funds for 180 days with no appeals, review or anything. They will not get any chargebacks from us as we carefully vet & get documentation for customers, get them to sign authorization forms, check IDs etc. but they don't care.
  • Highly negative ROI, we provide services to customers and accepted payment, but could not receive payment due to paysimple shutting us down.
