Overall Satisfaction with PDFelement
I am the sole user of PDFelement at my department. The software gives me handy tools to alter, split and merge pdf documents without going through conversions. Furthermore, it allows me to convert data from PDF into Excel which I can than manage freely. Our business requires attention to detail in both content and aesthetics - being able to edit PDFs directly mitigates formatting and text errors.
- Wide range of functions, yet still user-friendly
- OCR scanner works well with English text
- Optimizes file size efficiently
- OCR scanner does not recognize special characters that may pertain to other alphabets (such as the Swedish åäö)
- Program is prone to crashes when file sizes are too large
- Saves time
- Less outsourcing
