Overall Satisfaction with PDFTron

The use for PDFTron is the reviewing, annotation and markup of packaging artwork. it is deployed in systems built for our customers across many different industries. The software is used in many different situations based on our customer expectations and usability level. It allows us to customize the interface and integrate it directly into our ERP system. We use only a small portion of the software's potential but it's exactly what we need. Their customer support is extremely responsive and they are continually providing upgrades with new features some of which we have recommended.
  • Great customer support
  • New releases with added features
  • Very configurable
  • Lowering the cost
  • Remove evergreen clause from contract
  • Annotation capabilities
  • Easy Integration into our ERP system
  • Can load files into the annotator from a variety of sources.
  • It has allows our organization to stay ahead of the competition.
  • The demonstrations we perform for potential customer are very impressive
  • Our customers appreciate the versatility of features
PDFTron was our first choice because it was the best solution we could find at the time. it was the most versatile and easiest for us to deploy mostly because of the great support they provided. I had the opportunity to meet with them prior to purchasing and they seemed like a company that would continue growth of the product and listen to their customers for improvements.

Do you think Apryse PDF SDK delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Apryse PDF SDK's feature set?

Yes

Did Apryse PDF SDK live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Apryse PDF SDK go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Apryse PDF SDK again?

Yes

PDFTon is best suited for larger organizations in order to maximize the multiple features and functionality and to justify the cost. The users will need a programmer that can develop solutions to deploy using multiple programming languages. They need to be able to understand how the different types of code can interact.

Small organizations would have a hard time justifying the cost and may not have the skill sets to deploy it easily.
