Overall Satisfaction with PeopleSoft Financials

PeopleSoft Financials and supply chain product is being used as an enterprise-level product within our HR, Finance and Supply Chain departments. It streamlines the entire procure to pay process as well as financial reporting for our organization.

Pros

  • Procure to pay process.
  • Journal generation and financial reporting.
  • Seamless integration within the modules like AP to GL.

Cons

  • The user interface could be made more intuitive.
  • The procurement module has a lot of room for improvement like all the other eCommerce websites out there like Amazon etc.
  • Its a great backend enterprise system for our organization.
  • It's really doing the work for us and streamlined our back-end operations.
The entire ERP product has a great built-in integration across the modules. It's heavily dependent on the batch processes which take the data across the modules.
