6months assessment and forthinightly ckeck point with my manager. Review of tasks and achievements. Discussion about training needs and support to solve roadblocks. Assessment and valuation of company goals and personal goals. Percentage of completeness of goals and support discussion of open points and work in progress. Tool to review the baclog of activities sitting in the queue

- The checklist for the goals is not guided enough well
- There is no gamification to improve use and interaction
- Ihave no visibility on business objectives
