Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard

I've been using PerformYard for about a year now. I am reviewing by my N+1 and I review a number of colleagues. From the onset, it was clear that our Company has made the right choice with this solution. PerformYard provides the perfect framework to organise and follow up on talent reviews. The platform is assistive without becoming annoying. The user interface is pleasant and attractive.
  • PY makes follow up easy by defining next actions and deadlines
  • PY makes me feel the platform works for me, and not the other way around
  • PY is easy to implement
  • For now, I'm missing nothing
  • Centralisation!
  • Reviewing is now about a period and not only about the last issue or (failed) contact
  • Prevents postponement of reviewing

In a small company (60) with little hierarchy and spread over several European countries, PerformYard is ideal. I cannot attest for other company sizes or setups. But I expect the experience will be comparable. It was easy to get people to start using the PerformYard platform. And it helps everyone simply focus on the task at hand : reviewing. PerformYard makes you feel there's next to no overhead on the process.
