Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard

We use PerformYard for our review process. This gives us a streamlined approach to review and assess all employees to ensure that they are all measured on the same scale and we can give valuable feedback. This is used by the entire organization from the top down from partners to consultants.

  • Gives opportunity to explain ratings
  • Gives historical lookbacks at prior ratings
  • Enhanced rating scale (i.e. 1.5, 2.5)
  • Timeline to be faster to see reviews more quickly
  • Easier search function
  • Positive ROI
  • More efficient time spent on reviewing
  • Less back and forth
The PeformYard review is much more streamlined than Workday's and give users the ability to give feedback in a much faster and efficient timeframe whereas on WorkDay it was a very long and drawn out process to not only get the review done but also get it properly signed off and through the queue

PerformYard works great for our employees who are pushing for a promotion to the next level as many times we are able to give concrete examples of what they need to do to get to the next level as well as create a plan to get to that next step. Sometimes for employees who are going to stay at the same level it is difficult to rationale that in the ratings system.
