We use it for setting goals, annual and mid-year performance reviews, evaluating and tracking the progress, and giving feedback at the same time. It is very easy to update new employee information, edit data, and extract information. It is one of the most user-friendly and cost-effective tools in the market.

- Selecting the dates for 30 days of feedback and 90 days of feedback should be automatic, not manual in PerformYard, also review a month should be based on the start date automatically, and then we should get an edit option if required.
