Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard

It has given detail step by step process from end to end in HR related things. The most helpful part of PerformYard software is to create goals and provide team and individual recognition. Properly showing appreciation for your co-workers is critical for building and maintaining relationships! I am looking forward to see if my team feels the same way once they login.
  • We could take a manual paper-based review process and get everything into the 100% customizable platform of PerformYard
  • PerformYard houses the data for us instead of tracking those things down and getting them in a file.
  • It allows for a one stop shop to track any and all positive and negative criticisms which helps me be a better employee.
  • I think folders that I could organized my forms into myself would be beneficial as well as the ability to flat out delete unwanted items.
  • Add in multiple deadlines that would be helpful- as in Employee Section is due on this date, then it rolls to Manager which has its own due date
  • Found that submitting goals was a bit tricky. We were able to complete them, but it took some clicks around to figure it out
  • Having a performance management system that is user friendly and not paper based. administration and tracking are much easier.
  • The one room for improvement that could be better for Perform Yard would be an intro educator screen, explaining the platform's features to allow the new users to feel at home.
  • They are helping to keep confidentiality but also asking questions that help to improve the overall quality of current employees. This is vital to the success of our and any business.

It is an online system that we were able to use to create our evaluation forms. Once our HR person triggers that you have to do an evaluation of someone you will receive emails reminding you that you have to do it. In addition we can set them with due dates. Telling managers that they are being evaluated on making sure they give staff timely evaluations has really helped getting them to do them. In our first year some of the managers got "dinged" for not providing feedback to their staff and they were not happy about it. Now it isn't a problem. In addition the "quick feedback" is a game changer.
