To do evaluations on both myself as well as fellow employees.
- Website is easy to use.
- Questionnaires are neither too long or too short.
- Website is set up nicely, not to flashy but still bright and inviting.
- Some questions seem "repetitive," maybe cut down on the number of questions that seems very similar.
- Performyard has provided a platform where fellow employees can actively evaluate each other while staying anonymous without fear of offending someone.
