Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard

We currently use PerformYard to manage our goals for our individual departments as well as the company as a whole. We will be rolling out regular use of this early next year. Our current usage of PerformYard is to give shoutouts to our employees who go above and beyond the call of duty, those are are cool, nice, friendly, or just deserve some kind words of appraisal. It is a great way to boost morale and synergy between co-workers!
  • Allows company to acknowledge the extra effort employees put in
  • Allows us to manage and track our goals
  • Allows us to have a better idea of where our resources need to be allocated to meet future goals
  • Have the option to stay signed in or have a "remember me" button. Having to manually enter in all credentials every time is a little tedious.
  • The option to create your own to-dos would be helpful for self management as well as tracking things that don't need to be considered a goal.
  • Give us the option to have more in depth creation of goals, such as allows us to to hit a combined sum of things in order to reach a goal. IE, handle 500 total assets across 3 different methods, but instead of needing to reach a certain number in each field, we just need to have the total sum of 500.
  • Keeping our sites on goals has helped up achieve better productivity
  • Giving ourselves goals has also create a clear path to company advancement
  • Having a tangible target for where we should be at with our overall productivity has also helped us figure out ways to more efficiently use our time on other things

So far, PerformYard has been an excellent tool used to give feedback to our employees as well as our employers as well. It makes the process simple, and the fact you can do it whenever means that the recipient of the feedback can go over it whenever they have free time. No need for interruptions! This has been great for keeping clear, more specific communications with people in such a way that our bosses and employees can all easily see in one place.
