Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard
Our organization uses PerformYard for staff performance reviews and evaluations to measure job performances, if improvements need to be made, goal progression, goal creation, manager/staff relationships and more. The business problems that PerformYard addresses include not only staff performance, but the progression and improvement of staff goals, staff input, which allows management to get a better, more detailed explanation of the performance of employed staff in order to determine strengths and weaknesses, as well as encourage employed staff to be more vocal with their contributions to their job.
- Allow goals to be unlimited
- Shows progress of goals using percentages
- Keeps you informed of your review deadlines
- Shows you who is involved in the performance review process
- Management feedback section (management inputs efforts to work with staff on weaknesses as a collaborative team)
- Management goal deadline with staff
- Document management accountability
- Staff input of management performance (management performance section)
- It has increased improvement of staff performance
- Encourages staff to provide positive and negative feedback
- Increased tracking of goals and creation of new goals
With our previous program, we never received automatic notifications, only manual notifications from hr, which made it difficult to keep track of performance review deadlines, resulting in overdue reviews. PerformYard keeps you informed of your review deadlines, upcoming reviews, goal completion percentages, staff feedback of future performance, as well as documentation downloads for physical recordkeeping, and comparison of previous reviews to current reviews.
