Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard

Our organization uses PerformYard for staff performance reviews and evaluations to measure job performances, if improvements need to be made, goal progression, goal creation, manager/staff relationships and more. The business problems that PerformYard addresses include not only staff performance, but the progression and improvement of staff goals, staff input, which allows management to get a better, more detailed explanation of the performance of employed staff in order to determine strengths and weaknesses, as well as encourage employed staff to be more vocal with their contributions to their job.

With our previous program, we never received automatic notifications, only manual notifications from hr, which made it difficult to keep track of performance review deadlines, resulting in overdue reviews. PerformYard keeps you informed of your review deadlines, upcoming reviews, goal completion percentages, staff feedback of future performance, as well as documentation downloads for physical recordkeeping, and comparison of previous reviews to current reviews.

Based on my experience, I was able to cover all aspects of my position by showing off my skills as a family advocate, describing how I have helped my families on a daily basis by applying my experience and knowledge. I have provided examples of how I have carried out the mission of our program by literally practicing what I have been taught, and expressing how I go above and beyond to be a positive force behind the organization I work for.
