Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard
We use PerformYard for our engagement/project review cycles on a quarterly and annual basis.
Pros
- Allows constructive feedback from multiple sources
- Is easy to navigate and simple to complete with takeaways that are helpful and areas where improvement is needed
- Can be accessible to employees who are looking to bring on additional resources for a particular project or engagement
Cons
- More drop down or pre-filled lines that are not subject to user specific commentary
- More detailed areas around action items or how to make the reviewee more successful after the reviewer submits
- Me personally, it has helped improve my day to day performance and allowed me to bring home specific action items or areas I need to improve
PerformYard is much easier to navigate and see where each review is throughout the entire performance review process.
