Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard

We use PerformYard primarily for conducting 360 reviews and for goal setting. One of the problems with the previous system was the lack of review transparency and the subsequent inefficiency with trying to share and collaborate on input, feedback, and goal setting/progress. PerformYard greatly improved review productivity with a simple option to elect what team members, supervisors, and managers had visibility to.
  • Ease of assigning reviewers
  • Efficiency in which information can be shared
  • Minimizes time wasted by having to navigate through multiple screens and menus
  • Excellent goal setting module for input and tracking
  • Don't really need to have multiple team member selection options in the dashboard. Would be more efficient to drill down from the team member selected rather than have to scroll through the list amongst all other team members data files.
  • Would be nice if contributors could also opine as to the perceived level of performance for the person they are commenting on, i.e., unsat, sat, excellent.
  • Those are my only issues at this time.
  • I'm not aware of the cost of the system but it definitely saves me and my team a lot of time getting through the reviews.
  • There are additional features to the software that I haven't fully explored but will at least experiment with as it has been very helpful so far.
  • Anything new has a learning curve to go through and some team members are slow to adapt.
The original system we used was pen and paper that was manually tracked within our payroll system. That was aweful. ADP was extrememly buggy with lost data on far too many occassions resulting in having to start over. Very frustrating and inefficient. Access to individual's input was restricted with no option to open it up to other managers or supervisor. This was very limited and unproductive as immediate managers would then have to pdf input and email to those who requested it.

Yes

PerformYard is superior to the last two systems we've had. Conducting quality reviews can be very time consuming and it's nice to have a tool that increases our productivity in that area.
