Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard
PerformYard really helps streamline the feedback loop between management and all other employees. Very easy to use and adds value. We schedule monthly 1 on 1s as well as quarterly and annual performance reviews in it in addition to everyone tracking their personal goals. It always loads fast and there was minimal training required for people to know how to use it because it was intuitive.

PerformYard is much more specialized for feedback, where the rest seemed to add it as a lesser feature. I wanted a tool that’s built around making it easier to both give standardized feedback as well as receive and review it. This has helped streamline our practices and inspection on completion is easy as well.
