We use PerformYard for staff evaluations and goal tracking. The application allows us to reach on-site and remote employees easily.

PerformYard allows us to easily schedule and process evaluations. We have a standard form for semi-annual evaluations and the Feedback feature allows each person to record notes throughout the year that can be shared or used for their own reference. Some find it difficult to see what is due and the automatic reminders do not always reflect that an action is needed by the user.
