Overall Satisfaction with PieSync
We use PieSync to sync our Google contacts to our CRM (Copper). We have used it in the past to sync between different Google contact databases as well. So, we only have to enter contact info once and it populates to our other database. Updates to a contact's data also sync seamlessly.
- PieSync just works. We set it and forget it. It is completely trouble and hassle free.
- The setup process was extremely easy to implement and we got everything right the first time.
- In the plan we have, PieSync does not sync 100% of the fields we might like to sync (although, it syncs 100% of those we need it to sync).
- We have made no effort to calculate an ROI for PieSync. ROI is great if you need to prove something has value to yourself or to others. We don't need to do that. PieSync works great and easily pays for itself.
We have not found anything else that works like PieSync.
