Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

Pipedrive has been absolutely phenomenal as far as Customer Relationship Management is concerned. The services of Pipedrive are used by the Marketing and Sales department in my organization. Concerned teams are using this tool for tracking proposals, data interpretation, data collection, appointment of customers and many more. These factors are vital in business planning and attaining stipulated targets.

  • Helps a great deal but there is a slight margin of improvement in reporting.
  • Should have guidelines whenever there is an addition of features.
  • Creating a new contact entry is bit laborious, however not a major concern.

My organization was looking for a tool which could meet the demands and Pipedrive was a perfect grab. After a thorough market research and feedback, my organization was encouraged to opt for Pipedrive.
Pipedrive in best suited for Sales and Marketing teams. The manner in which it has coordinated with said teams is phenomenal. Efficiency has raised to great levels with the courtesy of this application.
