Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
Our Criminal Defense law firm uses Pipedrive as a CRM website to track sales, quality of leads, contacts with leads and to keep track of market data. Each quarter we use the Reports options to produce metrics to compare quarter over quarter sales. It also helps us keep our referral partners list organized and clean per attorney in our firm.
Pros
- Keep track of deal progress
- Produce reports data in visual formats such as comparative graphs
- Contact organization and activity tracking
Cons
- When sending out a Docusign envelope, if it needs to be voided it's hard to create another envelope with the same document created in Pipedrive
- The syncronization from OneDrive to Pipedrive for Document templates and contract creation purposes
- Good sales tracking
- Good ROI for the product cost
