Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

Pipedrive enables sales organizations, especially startups to easily track their sales deals and follow up on deals in the pipeline. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles, but it doesn't need them. For the price, it's a really great way to stand up a sales organization.

Pros

  • Assist with deal follow up

Cons

  • Pipedrive is not as strong at marketing in terms of tracking leads
  • Pipedrive does not have the same level of automation as Hubspot
  • Pipedrive has been valuable for tracking deals and helping us hit our revenue goals.
Pipeline is highly usable! Although it doesn't have as much functionality, this is somewhat of a blessing. It means it's straightforward to onboard and sales people can instantly understand how to use it so they spend more of their time closing deals.
Hubspot is more complex with more functionality, Pipedrive is easier and more straightforward to use.

Pipedrive is really valuable for startups who need a less costly and easy to implement sales CRM. As companies mature, they may need more of the functionality that comes with something like Hubspot.
