In my work activities I perform venture capital analysis, deal sourcing, and evaluation of early-stage technology companies. I use PitchBook to reviewed investment-related materials including market sizing analyses, business cases, and venture-style diligence documents across life sciences and deep tech. I use PitchBook to make competitive landscape analysis, comparable benchmark searches, firm evaluations for M&A purposes

My organization utilize PitchBook both in the target search and in the post-closing monitoring phase.In the deal search PitchBook is asked to provide info on the target's competitive environment, financial books, capitaliations, and success rate. IN the monitoring phase we conduct impairment test of the partecipated company, portfolio risk analysis, support in the partnership building
