Overall Satisfaction with Piwik PRO

We're a young startup and Piwik PRO helps us to get to know our customers better. Currently it's just one person in our organization who's working with Piwik PRO to analyze the efficiency of our marketing campaigns on social media. In addition we also track the traffic on our website including visitors, conversion rate, etc.
  • Dashboard looks awesome.
  • Creating reports.
  • Design of their website.
  • Transparent pricing.
  • Positive: We got to know our target group.
  • Positive: We see directly every effect of our actions.
We had to contact the support several times in the beginning and they really took their time to explain the different functions in detail. So in terms of support I can definitely recommend Piwik PRO.

I cannot say much about it because we don't have a lot of specific scenarios where we're using it and it applies only to our industry. It's obviously great for tracking the customer journey and to keep track of all relevant numbers. We didn't have much experience with marketing campaigns before we founded our company so with Piwik PRO we learn a lot about the effects of different actions.
