Planful review

We use Planful for budgeting, forecasting and internal reporting. Previously we did everything in excel which made it tough to have various scenarios and it was also impossible to audit changes. Planful allows us to compare multiple scenarios a lot more easily. It also has a great audit feature that tells us when and who has made the change. Reporting is also more automated allowing for more time for analysis.

Planful has saved me a lot of time. Before Planful I spent a lot of time creating and formatting reports each month. With Planful and spotlight, it now takes significantly less time. This has allowed me more time to analyze the numbers and has improved the relationships with my business partners as I now have answers to questions when they ask them.

We have benefited the most from time savings from the automated processes. These processes allow us to analyze and react quicker to business changes and be more accurate with our long term forecasts. These processes allow reporting features have been talked highly about between internal business partners and our board.
