Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)

[Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)] is being used by several departments in my organization (separately). In my department, we use Planview PPM Pro to plan for and manage our human resources across various projects.
  • Data visualization
  • Ability to integrate with other existing systems (e.g. Kronos for timekeeping)
  • Ability to customize reports
  • Faster response time with tickets
  • This is difficult to assess, since my department has only been using Planview for less than a year

[Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)] has been a useful tool in two major ways - it's a repository for historical data for our projects (budgets, staff time, etc.), and also gives us insight into planning needs for our projects into the future.
