Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)

We use PPM Pro across a few business units to manage work intake (Requests) and to track small to large projects (Project). PPM Pro allowed us to highly customize these entities for each of our business units and applications. We also have a few teams that take advantage of the WS-API access to automate data loads and to pull data into other internal applications.
  • First and foremost, the technical support has always been top notch.
  • We rely heavily on the integrations team and they provide great service.
  • Self-Service Admin really takes the product to a new level.
  • Great communication of product release features and roadmapping.
  • Dependent field logic would be a nice add and I know it's on their roadmap for 2021!
  • Ability to customize email notifications within the core product could be more robust.
  • ROI is not my specialty so putting a dollar figure on our installation would be difficult, but there is no doubt that PPM Pro saves us headcount and dollars with each year and each new category rollout.

Do you think Planview PPM Pro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Planview PPM Pro's feature set?

Yes

Did Planview PPM Pro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Planview PPM Pro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Planview PPM Pro again?

Yes

The flexibility and presentation clarity offered by PPM Pro made it a no-brainer to switch and the experience we've had with the Innotas/Planview support teams on a regular basis only reinforces that decision.
PPM Pro makes project management very simple. We don't even take advantage of the financial tracking and force-to-load abilities of the product but we really like how we can customize the product to support such a varied set of applications and users.

We also just started expanding the use of Requests to manage work flow. The ability to establish different gates with different conditions and settings at each gate is terrific.
