Planview Projectplace is a Project Management Software which has agile tracking and standup meetings for accelerating software development and increasing agile methods. Overall, Planview Projectplace is a place where me and my team can plan and get everyone aligned. We can also share a timeline with the team then work towards the main and ultimate goal. Other than that, Planview Projectplace is also used by various other groups throughout my organization and even some departments use it for single projects.

Planview Projectplace streamlines interaction between activities within and outside the organization.
Planview Projectplace helps in reducing meetings because we are able to collaborate within the tool.
I am greatly satisfied with Planview Projectplace as the document management in Planview Projectplace is of top-notch quality.

When it comes to Planview Projectplace then there is training required as you will be learning how to manage everybody with one tool.
The ‘download’ option for documents is somewhat hidden and it would be nice if the ‘download’ option is next to the file or at least present at a more visible spot. I feel like pictures help a lot when explaining any information so pictorial representation is one thing that is missing in this software that requires attention.

Return on Investment

Reporting is advanced and effective.
Customer support is quick and responsible.
We can have Gantt and relate activities to hard external milestones as well with Planview Projectplace.
