We use it for quality evaluations and coaching sessions.
- It is great for the call center environment as it is a good method for doing audits and coaching sessions.
- It’s a fast and effective tool. I love the way it notifies the agents of any changes immediately and the system can be seen by both agents and the support team. Additional to this, I love how the agents are not able to see each other’s grading system but support is able to see everyone.
- There isn’t anything negative that can be said about Playvox. It’s a really good system.
