Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is being used in my company (a bank) for various purposes, including specific support, assistance to the continuous improvement sector, access to quality monitoring, and training. I'm very satisfied with this tool, it's great for optimizing functionality. It is aimed at the CX sector and improvement, where they are constantly working together. A point to highlight that could be improved would be the Playvox Deveria language.
  • ‘Designer’ of the site is great.
  • Access places.
  • The easiness to follow each demand.
  • Should be able to leave in only 1 language.
  • Make Playvox more communicative.
  • Great for team communication.
  • Great for improving our understanding of the product.
  • Terrible in language setting.
In my institution we didn't choose Playvox, as they see the best for the team, that is, in this case, I didn't have access to the other Playvox. But in this case, I can pass on my experience with Playvox that I use. It is great, but it is necessary to improve in several aspects, such as the structure.

The scenario that Playvox is great would be for large companies, where people works from home. Playvox would be a bad idea for the educational institution, that is, a place where it will be directed to an underage audience, but I believe that Playvox is on its way to becoming a global use system, so in the future, it could be used in these scenarios.
