Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is used by everyone in my organization, basically used to consult materials, update in real-time, notifications and the possibility of interaction between people on the platform. A very simple and pleasing interface. Few cool colors, everything is easy to browse and find.

  • Great idea with the karma points and the option of additional incentives. In team use we love the option to share GIFs on the community wall.
  • As an employee, I have the possibility to find all the important content for my day-to-day work, in a quick way and very practical.
  • I love the knowledge base because it helps me a lot in my work. I enjoy reading content to develop my own answers for my clients.
  • Playvox still has many terms and words in English in some categories, it can be challenging for co-workers who still don't know another language besides Portuguese.
  • Sometimes the page takes time to load. I think we can improve on that point.
  • I don't like the layout. I believe the team could make some improvements to make it easier to find the content.
  • Playvox is very easy to use, all information is found very quickly and conveniently.
  • I really like the possibility of listing all the important information, I can use it as a database for consultation and a place to share experiences with co-workers, all to make the work environment much better.
  • I feel that we can improve the language part, sometimes I have a lot of difficulty using Playvox, because it is not in the PT / BR language.
I really like the way Playvox is dynamic, and easy to use, the difference that made me choose was that we managed to use a part of the community to post, send information to everyone in the company at the same time, thus managing to keep the team engaged and in pursuit of the same goal.

Using Playvox I really liked the way the improvement assessments are made, I like the convenience of talking when I receive quality monitoring. It's a very dynamic platform. With Playvox, it is possible to highlight all the points that have an error and leave a comment about them. This makes it much easier to see what was highlighted and ask any possible questions.
