Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

We use Playvox as a QA tool to keep our standards high. It's helping us both monitor the quality of our work as well as aid in ongoing training. Integration of Playvox into our workflow has been rather easy and is on a daily basis allowing us both personal and group improvement.
  • Provide feedback.
  • Create a sense of accomplishment.
  • Aid in future development.
  • Auto-selection of items within certain menus to speed up workflow.
  • Slight UI changes to make things more easily accessible.
  • It's definitely allowed a better approach to QA compared to other software tools on the market.

Yes

Playvox is great for classic QA work, auditing a high number of employee's interactions and providing feedback on the work they do. However, when using Playvox for a very high workflow there could be some speed limitations related to the lack of options given to you as a user. A few auto-select buttons should solve this.
