Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

It is used by a department of the company, where it has the largest number of employees. It is used by employees as an encyclopedia to assist with customer service, and by leaders to assess performance and provide training. It solves all everyday problems because we consult the basic rules and answers for recurrent cases.

  • Internal communication.
  • Good place for leadership to give feedback.
  • Facilitates community administration, promoting recognition.
  • It must be available in the language of the country where it is used.
  • Aesthetics could be more similar to social media.
  • It needs to be more intuitive.
  • More engaged employees.
  • Quick answers for customers.
  • Sense of community.
I just use a playvox interface, which has:
  • Community.
  • Quality.
  • Performance.
  • Coaching.
  • Learning (Legacy).

Yes

Playvox is suitable for work and unsuitable for personal life. I don't know professional scenarios that Playvox is not useful, especially when dealing with large companies, which need more dynamic communication, in addition to email and Slack.
Furthermore, thanks to the platform, we do not need to work in person, it helps in this regard and was important in the pandemic.
