We used Pollfish to test creative and different elements used in advertising. It helped us to make decisions regarding print creative and what might speak to our target audience best/be most clear/make the most sense.

Pros

Allow user to choose very specific demographics for poll audience
Lots of different question types
A/B testing

Cons

Being able to view what image was used in A/B testing when comparing results (either it isn't available or I couldn't figure it out)

It's helpful and not tooooo difficult to navigate

Pollfish makes sense for any business wishing to get an idea of what speaks well to their target audience. The only issue I can tell is that a handful of recipients (depending upon age I think) might just breeze through the poll with useless responses just to complete it, making that submission rather useless.
