Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish

We used it to do some concept testing for the brand to see what would resonate with consumers pre-launch. i.e. packaging, logo, brand positioning concepts

Pros

  • sources an audience
  • helps identify their preferences
  • gives voice to the audience about brand concepts

Cons

  • maybe ai features to help me best find my audience
  • AI agent to find best audience respondents
  • it's too early to say but we believe it helped us identify winning packaging and brand concept results.
very strong UX and easy to use platform - made surveys very turnkey for launch
have used Typeform in the past - i think pollfish provides better funcitonality, deeper audience pool.

Would use it for a brand launch to test paragraph/visual concept direction to take the temperature, litmus test of audience to know whether on the right track. For example, we had various concepts for our supplements launch and wanted to know which angle resonated best. Pollfish helped us narrow this down to the winning directions which were the basis of the launch
