Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish
We've used Pollfish to get data on how well known our organization is in the community, what it is known for, and attitudes about our organization. Our Pollfish surveys also ask about our regional competitors so we can gage how we're doing in comparison. We've been running the survey annually for a few years which gives us data to spot trends.
Pros
- Easy to read, real time results
- Flags potential problems with a survey before it launches
- Enables us to gather information from people we would otherwise have difficulty getting information from
Cons
- Confusing information about whether our survey would be able to get the 400 respondents we were looking for. It kept telling us it wouldn't, we talked to a Pollfish representative and we decided to launch it and hope it worked. It quickly got 400 respondents, so I don't know why it kept telling us it wouldn't.
- Some of the options for targeting people who live within a metropolitan area are confusing.
- An option to drop pins at specific addresses and target people who live within a radius of the addresses would be good.
- It's helped us refine our marketing by giving us insight on what we're already known for and how people are noticing us
