Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

PowerDMS is being used by our entire organization. It addresses issues of accountability, policy retention, policy revision, accreditation, training record maintenance, and many more.

Pros

Cons

  • Would like to see more updates based on customer needs
  • More evolved training component
  • Allows employees to do training and policy reviews while on the road
  • Has allowed us to maintain CALEA accreditation
  • Allows employees to work from home
It was the only product we looked at because we were also a CALEA accredited agency.
It is very suitable for an organization that wants to maintain a robust policy and document management system.
