Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
We use PowerDMS to manage our accreditation process and to house our policies, directives, and other documents. We also use it for training and surveys.
- PowerDMS creates a record and history of changes to our policies and directives. I don't have to remember what was changed and when. We can also document reasons for changes and the process of change through workflows.
- PowerDMS is a great tool for managing our assessment process. It is easy to load, highlight, and manage directives, proofs, and notes.
- Surveys are a great way to get anonymous input from employees who might be otherwise unlikely to share their opinions. They are also great for managing our Officer of the Quarter nominations.
- I'd love for assessment participants to be able to see upcoming tasks from the root of the assessment.
- PowerDMS has helped us reduce the use of paper by using their electronic assessment function. We also reduce our dependence on paper by using PowerDMS for our policies and directives - changes are paper-free!
- PowerDMS has many reporting functions that helps us find information and data in a very quick manner. This helps us manage our employees, track changes to documents, etc.
- PowerDMS helps us manage employee accountability. We can include folks in workflows, empower them to participate in our assessments, and receive training in PowerDMS.
