Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
PowerDMS is a big asset for our agency. It allows us to keep all of our policy and procedure documents in one loaction and tracks all users as they read, acknowledge, and put the policies and procedures in action. It reduces the need to print and reprint documents that we use on a regular basis. It also allows for quick disbursement of information to all officers.
- Policy and procdure acknowledgement and testing
- When a safety bulliten is uploaded, the system emails officers to check the system
- Makes for easy policy review and updating
- So far, I haven't found anyting that needs improvement
- Younger officers find it easy to use, they enjoy being able to access things online.
- The system is easy to use, older officers are not having a problem at all.
- I have found the officers are talking about the items and articles posted in PowerDMS for training and safety
I have not used any other similar systems.
