Overall Satisfaction with PowerReviews
PowerReviews is the product reviews engine for Skechers.com - we use it to collect and showcase user-generated reviews at the product level. We also use their Question and Answer product to directly address customer questions and we syndicate reviews to other vendors. It supports international web platforms as well.
- User-friendly dashboard and platform - easy to use daily to read and publish reviews, easy to use Question and Answer module.
- Excellent customer service and support - If any problems arise they respond immediately.
- Easy to implement on different platforms and deploy new features as needed.
- Good value for the money.
- Could use some tightening up on a review moderating process - it's not bad now, but it could show only unmoderated reviews since last visited.
- As a branded retail website, customers rely on our site for product information and content. Reviews provide an excellent resource for web content. Studies have shown products with reviews sell at least 50% better than products without reviews.
- Since adding PowerReviews to our website, we have seen steady increases in website business, customer visits, and conversion rates.
- Customer questions asked via the PowerReviews portal result in sales 50% of the time, and provide a very good product-based FAQ for your site.

PowerReviews has a good mix of popularity, user friendliness, high level customer service and value pricing that makes it stand out for my needs - I have used Bazaarvoice in the past, and it's a very good service as well, though their level of customer service was not as optimal, and their response to customer's needs was not what I was looking for at that time.
