Overall Satisfaction with Prezi
We currently use Prezi in two ways. It is primarily used for our CEO's presentations at trade shows, conferences, special events, and for webinars. We have been building our presentations through Prezi for over 3 years now, and have become proficient in editing and presenting remotely. I work directly with my CEO to create the presentation, he reviews and edits on the road, and I make any final adjustments from our home office before he goes live on stage. We also use it for internal presentations about our culture and benefits when onboarding new employees.
- It is engaging and dynamic. Instead of click-thru slides, you get a comprehensive view and then "zoom" from one slide to the next. It is more visually pleasing than other presentation platforms.
- Ease of Use - I can create and animate a presentation in under an hour if I have all materials available.
- Links to online imagery - It's great to be able to search for an image to use right from the platform rather than having to search elsewhere and then paste into the presentation
- A download to PowerPoint (including animations) would be a great back-up to have if the online platform isn't available at a conference or event.
- The ability to present offline never seems to work correctly. There's room for improvement there.
- Prezi has allowed us to sell in a personal way and keep our audience attentive and engaged. We sell more at events than we do without a presentation.
