Vasion's PrinterLogic is used to install printers on all our business computers without the use of a print server. We use approx 3500 computers with 50 printers

The simple install of printer drivers through a map location
setting up drivers for a printer
emailing print errors and printer problems to our helpdesk

Cons

to cover all drivers including ver4 drivers
maybe a better printer image for the map gui

Return on Investment

This has made installing and using printers an ease for our helpdesk team because anyone can install a printer with ease
installing the Vasion's PrinterLogic software was easy and our employees like how easy it is to use
