Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The reason why we've decided to go with Printfection is that we have multiple offices around the globe. It makes things way easier. We primarely need swag for new hires.

Pros

Communication - very fast
Customer service - super helpful
Competitive advantage - many products, distribution etc.

Cons

Even after getting a demo, the website could be more user-friendly. Not the most intuitive.

Support Rating

They are super nice, fast, and always follow up on you even things get busy.

Alternatives Considered

it's just annoying to deal with different suppliers, some of them are really incompetent. Their response time is not so good, it's very pricy and takes too much time from my work.

Getting a sample for free. Ordering the same item for multiple locations, taking care of delivery and customs. Makes the whole process faster. We are not at the size where we could use Printfection at the fullest potential. E.g., using their stock, sending things to events, etc.
