Holistic swag management platform

We use Printfection for all our North America and selected international shipping. Swag is sent to partners, friends, collaborators, community contributors, and events (private dinners, conferences, meetups, our own events). Team members on the Events & Operations team have editing access. Sales (AEs, SDRs, CSMs) are supported with our internal swag store to request orders to be placed. We're also working on getting budgets assigned for more self-service. We have a great partnership with our Account Manager who's been super helpful in brainstorming our annual needs based on the programs we're running. Given the volume of one-off shipping we send to community contributors/friends/partners, our favorite feature is the redemption link generation.
