Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection for all swag at our company- including new hire kits, holiday gifts, and rewards and recognition. We wanted to provide our employees with more opportunity for recognition and this allows us to do just that.
  • Communicating updates with products, changes, keeping us abreast of what's going on
  • Easy to order swag and place information in the system
  • I honestly don't have any yet. We've had nothing but positive experiences with the team from Printfection!

  • Employee engagement increase by offering our employees swag w/our new logo for the first time, including our first holiday gift

As previously mentioned, our experience with the support team has been very positive. The team is quick to answer our questions, offer solutions to any problems we might have, and have delivered on products very quickly. They're also creative and willing to work with our ideas, or lack thereof at times!
The quality of products are much higher at Printfection and they work with more trusted brands.

We were looking for a new swag vendor who would make the process ordering swag as easy as possible, and offered high quality items. Printfection was delivered in all of these areas and then some-- our account managers are phenomenal, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. They've delivered on all of our products very quickly, all of them have been very high quality, and I've never had to follow up on a question I've had.
