Overall Satisfaction with Proconnect Tax Online

Very efficient software compared to Pro Series. It does nicely address the challenges of working remotely. Our team is scattered globally so Proconnect Tax Online works well for us in that respect.

  • Customer service lacks. Difficult to find reps who can help.
  • They don’t seem to care about the fact that we have uncovered numerous programming bugs in the software.
  • Greater efficiency
  • We are incurring tax penalties due to errors in the Proconnect Tax Online software.

Proconnect Tax Online Support

They are difficult to get through to and often not able to address our concerns. They seem to care more about Intuit's bottom line than about customer satisfaction.
