The whole organization used ProConnect Tax Online to prepare individual corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns. I used this software nearly every day when I was working. I think ProConnect Tax Online is better than competitors. As I am new to my career, the only software I have used are ProConnect Tax Online, and Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax. I prefer cloud-based software, but I think Ultra Tax is easier software to learn on. It is easier to learn on because it is form based

I thought that this cloud-based software worked great! However, there were times when I was extremely frustrated when using the software. There were glitches sometimes, and the software did not always work as it should. There were times when inputs would not flow on the correct lines and forms. This was incredibly frustrating when I would contact customer support and they would be unable to help and would give incorrect information
