Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore throughout our entire company, for everything from bidding a project to monthly draw requests. Before we had a lot of time into keeping track of RFIs and submittals but with Procore it automatically pushes notifications to us and the other parties involved to remind them and let them know it is overdue.
Pros
- The Commitments tab helps our company keep all of the purchase orders and subcontracts in line and helps for comprising our monthly draw requests.
- The RFI tab is great for keeping records of all of them and shows who is responsible for them.
Cons
- Procore is a very expensive product to use. They have invested millions into the software and you can see from all of the features why it is expensive. Hopefully over time the price will level off from getting more and more users.
- The ROI has been great for our company. We believe that it has saves us hiring at least one person for the office and one person in the field.
