Overall Satisfaction with Progress Sitefinity
Used by a project team for our client learning department. Multiple languages brand education platform, with users completion tracking. Solution use worldwide with more than 3000 end users, in 8 languages (still more coming through).
- Sorry, nothing is particularly well done
- Back office is not user friendly
- Pages loading too long, overall bad performances
- Some features just don't work as sold
- No extensive plugin base
- No state of the art web dev tools and integrated libraries
- Recompilation mandatory even for minor changes, causing availabilty issues
- Preheating solution not integrated and very long and heavy
- Template handling not practical
- No quick support
- Very expensive for a CMS I judge inferior to open source free solutions of the market
- Bad integration with Azure Cloud Solutions
- No responsive solution
